Step 1: Sampling

Equines: take the equivalent of 1 to 2 dung balls (about 50 g).
Ruminants (goats, sheeps, camlids): the equivalent of a handful.
Dogs/Cats: mixture of the size of a ping-pong ball.
Other (small pets): as much as possible, size of a pea min.

Possible containers :

Gloves: disposable gloves (without powder), large veterinary gloves.
Bags: plastic bags, dog poop bags, freezer packs, ziplocs.
Coprological collection tubes.

If very liquid, the sample must be placed in a sealed container.

Identify the sample:

Name of the animal
Date

Step 3: Shipment / Kit

Samples can be placed in a bubble wrap or in a carton. Samples may be somewhat flattened to take up less space.

Samples can be sent directly to the following address. Preferably send samples no later than Thursday evenings to prevent samples from being blocked on weekends.

Step 4: Payment

The invoice will be sent once the results have been received, and the tariffs will have to be acquitted within 30 days following its reception.
